Responsibilities :

Maintain and manage customer records and database

Interact and guide customer requirements.

Plan and execute service visit programmes

Record and document Administrative requirements

Independent in English Correspondence

Maintain Accounting information

Preparation of monthly MIS reports as per directions, co ordinating commercial functions

Should have Communication skills- Verbal & Written, Interpersonal Skills, Assertiveness, Self Driven

Ability to maintain confidentiality, Expertise in computers and Time Management.

Requirements :

Education : Graduates preferably with MBA

Experience in customer coordination with institutions / Organisations – B2B.

Job Type: Full-time


₹180,000.00 - ₹228,000.00 per year
