Administrative Assistants are responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of an organisation.
Below are some sample tasks and responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Getting orders from customers.
- Billing to be shipped products.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
- Preparing documents when necessary.
- Writing and issuing emails when needed.
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes.
Mandatory Requirement for the role:
- Good proficiency in English and Tamil. Knowledge in Hindi and others languages is a plus.
- Female preferred.
- Past experience is a plus.
- Enthusiastic candidates who are ready to support the company and have direct impact in the growth trajectory of the company are welcome.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
