Sales Development Executive Sealants, Epoxy & Tools (FV Retail)

Scope of Work

- Responsible for achievement of secondary sales target

- Responsible for achievement of desired merchandising visibility goals for identified outlets

- Demand generation and target achievement of allocated TTY’s

- To meet and engage large contractors competition/loyal/new through site visits

- Generate demand for new products and ensure usage through training of carpenters, contractors

Execution of Following

- Ensure outlet coverage as planned in the DRCP and enroll new dealers

- Ensure correct updated price list available with the dealer and schemes are communicated on time

- Execute one to one meeting with contractors, builders and conduct product demo at site

- Sales Targets : Drive and manage Sales numbers for direct dealers/ darpan and non darpan dealers

- Demand Generation activities: Conducting at least 6 SGAs, informal meets and in-shop meets Per quarter to engage with contractors and launch of new products


- PJP and Updation of daily working through iTrack

- Ensure proper scheme and product value communication and keep/submit a report of same on regular basis
