Job Title: Graphic Designer

Work Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Education : BFA / MFA / Bachelors in Design ( Preferred )

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is creative, innovative, and capable of handling and guiding a design team. This role goes beyond execution — you’ll play a key part in improving design quality, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality designs for social media, marketing, and digital creatives
- Handle and guide a small team of graphic designers
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design work
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams
- Review team designs and provide constructive feedback
- Bring fresh ideas, creative concepts,



and new design trends
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design
- Experience in handling or mentoring a design team
- Robust creative and innovative mindset
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
