We’re Hiring: Crypto Community & Growth Team Leader - REMOT WORK (Commission-Based)

We are building a global AI & Web3 ecosystem and preparing a multi-level token rollout (Private ICO → IEO).

To support this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Community & Growth Team Leader to help us build, structure, and lead an international community.

? Your Role

- Build and manage a community-driven growth team
- Coordinate outreach for private token rounds (whitelist-based)
- Educate communities about the project vision and token utility
- Prepare the community for later public phases (IDO / IEO)




- Ensure all communication remains compliant and professional

? What We’re Looking For

- Experience in crypto, Web3, or blockchain communities
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Active on Telegram, Discord, X,
- Comfortable working on a performance / commission-based model
- Able to follow transparent guidelines (no hype, no financial promises)
