Experience: 3-5 years
Education: IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS / IISc (strongly preferred)
(Exceptional candidates with strong product impact will be considered regardless of institute)
Must-Have:
- 3+ years backend experience with Python
- Solid hands-on with Django REST and/or FastAPI
- Built scalable REST APIs used in production
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL + Redis
- Worked on async / background jobs (Celery, queues, Pub/Sub)
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
What You’ll Work On:
- Build high-performance backend systems (not maintenance work)
- Own features end-to-end - design, build, deploy
- Optimize API latency, DB performance, and scalability
- Work on data-heavy systems and modern product features
- Collaborate closely with frontend (React / Next.js)
Good to Have:
- Microservices, Docker, CI/CD
- GenAI / LLM / RAG exposure
- Startup / product-led environment experience
