We’re looking for an experienced Setter Manager to lead and scale our appointment-setting team. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a Setter Manager or senior setter role, has exceptional communication skills, and a robust background in sales training and coaching.

? What You’ll Do

- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of appointment setters
- Train setters on sales fundamentals, objection handling, and booking quality calls
- Monitor call quality, conversations, and performance metrics
- Improve booking rates, show-up rates, and overall funnel performance
- Create and optimize scripts, SOPs, and workflows
- Work closely with sales closers and leadership to align strategy
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new setters

✅ What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience as a Setter Manager / Appointment Setting Manager / Senior Setter
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience in sales training, coaching, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and sales psychology
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to improve KPIs
- Comfortable working with CRMs, dialers, and scheduling tools
