Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end ITOM solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop, configure, and integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions end to end
- Hands-on development in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Configure and manage MID Server and third-party integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Perform scripting using JavaScript / Glide APIs
- Support solution design, technical documentation,



and deployments
- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of overall experience with solid ServiceNow ITOM exposure
- Proven hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Experience with integrations and scripting
- Strong understanding of CMDB and ITOM best practices
- ServiceNow certification is a plus
