Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Dynamics CRM Technical Consultants to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Field Service and Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO). This role requires working closely with global stakeholders during US overlapping hours to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Implement and enhance Dynamics 365 Field Service modules
- Configure and manage Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) Add-in
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and business rules
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party systems and internal applications
- Perform system customization, configuration,



and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CRM components
- Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and offshore/onshore teams
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and ongoing system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Experience with RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) Add-in
- Proficiency in CRM customizations (plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript)
- Robust understanding of CRM architecture and data models
- Experience working in US overlapping shifts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and cloud deployments
- Exposure to Azure services related to Dynamics CRM
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
