Job Title: Business Analyst – ERP Implementation

Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with robust experience in ERP- Implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining integration workflows, and ensuring accurate data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Define and document system integration flows, APIs, data mappings, and transformations
- Collaborate with architects and developers on ERP, CRM, and third-party integrations
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and support sprint activities





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of software integrations (APIs, REST, middleware)
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, data mapping, and validation
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation
- Experience with ETL processes and data flows (preferred)
- Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance systems)
- Experience with UAT management and support
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ERP implementation Experience
- ERP Administration
- Hands on ERP application, Netsuite is preferable.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Finance, Procure to pay, Order to Cash, Reporting, Inventory module.

Nice to Have

- Experience with MuleSoft, and Salesforce, or similar integration platforms
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
