The Work We Do

We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance, and Lift-Shift projects (where we migrate the CMS without redesign).

The Chance

We are looking for a Senior Drupal Developer with 6 years of experience to support ongoing and upcoming pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable Drupal solutions, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements.

What you'll do

- Work with design files from tools like Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD to implement functional Drupal code and reusable components
- Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate Drupal paragraph components into the Drupal CMS and ensure seamless functionality
- Develop, maintain, and support Drupal 8/9/10 applications, websites, and custom modules
- Lead development efforts for pipeline projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Migrate legacy websites to newer Drupal versions (e.g., Drupal 7 to Drupal 9/10)
- Create and customize themes using Twig, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build custom modules and extend contributed modules as required




- Integrate third-party APIs and web services (REST, JSON, SOAP)
- Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and deployment planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities
- Follow best practices in coding, testing, version control, and documentation
- Optimize websites for responsiveness, performance, SEO, animations, and accessibility (WCAG AA compliance)
- Maintain and enhance existing Drupal applications to ensure stability and scalability
- Contribute to establishing and improving development best practices and coding standards within the team

The skills we'll need

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Drupal development
- Strong experience with Drupal 8/9/10, including custom module and theme development
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Hands-on experience with the Twig templating engine
- Familiarity with Composer, Drush, and Drupal Console
- Strong understanding of Drupal APIs, Hooks, and Entity API
- Experience with configuration management and multilingual Drupal websites
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Solid working knowledge of Git and DevOps build/deployment processes

Bonus skills

- Experience with Drupal migration tools (Migrate API, Migrate Plus)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or container-based environments
- Experience with Drupal hosting platforms such as Acquia or Pantheon
- Experience integrating CRM systems, ESB platforms, marketing tools, or SSO solutions
- Acquia Drupal Certification is a plus
