Job Title: Teamcenter Scrum Master (SAFe Certified)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Teamcenter PLM and proven experience in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be SAFe Certified and capable of driving Agile practices across distributed teams while ensuring successful delivery of Teamcenter-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Scrum Master for Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.




- Track and report project metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement clarification and prioritization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 11–16 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter PLM (Configuration, Customization, Workflows).
- SAFe Certified (SAFe Agilist or Protected Scrum Master).
- Hands-on experience in Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing distributed teams and large-scale Agile programs.
