About the Role:

We’re looking for a next-generation content writer; someone who writes well, thinks clearly, researches deeply, and knows how to use LLMs and AI tools intelligently (not blindly).

Your role is to create US-market content that feels authentic, accurate, persuasive, and aligned with each client’s brand voice. You’ll work across industries, adapting quickly to new topics through structured research, discovery, and AI-supported exploration.

What You Will Do:

1. High-Quality Content Writing (US-Native Tone)

- Write blogs, landing pages, website content, educational guides, and guest blogs for US companies
- Adapt tone, emotion, clarity, and brand personality to match US readers
- Use storytelling, clarity, and structured logic in every piece

2. LLM-Enhanced Research & Discovery

You must know how to use AI tools as a research companion, not as a writer.

- Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) for research acceleration, insights, competitor analysis, outline creation

Apply structured frameworks like:

- topic gap analysis
- intent mapping
- semantic clustering
- question mining
- Discover client voice, ICPs, audience psychology, and language patterns

The expectation:

Your content should outperform generic AI output.

This is where quality matters.

3. Content Quality, Originality & Compliance

- Run all content through Copyscape, originality checks, and plagiarism tools
- Rewrite AI-generated or client-provided text to meet originality + quality benchmarks
- Ensure tone, flow, and structure are human-sounding and US-native

Content Audits & Optimization

Audit existing webpages/blogs for:

- clarity
- structure
- redundancy
- SEO gaps
- factual issues
- tone inconsistencies
- Recommend rewrites, improvements, and messaging enhancements
- Upgrade client content to 2025-level quality standards

5. Execution & Content Calendar Management

- Create monthly/quarterly content calendars

Propose topics based on:

- keyword research
- topical authority
- industry trends
- brand goals
- Deliver content consistently, on time, with strong accuracy

You Are a Strong Match If You Have…

Core Writing Skills

- Solid command of US English: clarity, tone, structure
- Ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent grammar and editing skills

AI + LLM + Research Skills

- Hands-on use of AI tools for:

idea research

- competitor scanning
- outline generation
- content upgrades
- data extraction
- Understanding of how AI systems work (hallucinations, verification, limitations)

Content Operations Skills

- Experience with Copyscape or similar originality tools
- Experience rewriting or upgrading existing content

Basic SEO understanding (very important):

- search intent
- H1/H2 structuring
- keyword placement
- semantic depth
- E-E-A-T signals

Execution Skills

- Can write 15-20 high-quality blogs/week without losing quality
- Can handle multi-brand voice writing
- Can work with content briefs, style guides, and editorial checklists

Bonus Skills

- Familiarity with Surfer SEO / Frase / Clearscope / Jasper
- Awareness of US culture, idioms, and buyer psychology
