Job Description:

Concept Overview

- Client Copilot program is branded around food—because everyone eats, and everyone uses AI. They call it “The Pantry”: a central hub where users can find the agents, they need to accomplish their tasks.
- Think of it as a bridge between people and AI capabilities.
- This should be a highly polished showcase—a curated catalog of agents, similar to an app store like Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
- Users can browse what’s available, view descriptions, and understand how each agent can help them. It also serves as an advertising platform for new capabilities.

Portal Design

The portal should be built in SharePoint—it’s simple, familiar, and doesn’t require starting from scratch or custom code. I own the SharePoint space, and we can make it look great with proper design. The goal is intuitive navigation and a visually appealing experience.





Project Requirements

- Client needs 5-7 AI copilot agents built using Copilot and Power Platform
- General knowledge agents (no premium connectors due to licensing costs)
- Available to all client users
- Must be presented to senior leadership March 5th
- “Pantry” portal development in SharePoint
- Agent catalog/discovery platform (like app store)
- Highly polished showcase for agent collection
- Bridge solution until Microsoft releases Agent365
- Must look qualified and be intuitive to navigate
- Nice-to-have: “Agent Agent” - agent to search for other agents
- Timeline: 6 weeks development + 1 week cleanup/branding
- Target start: January 19th (week of)
- Finish by February 27th for March 5th presentation
