Job Title – BIM/Revit Designer

Location – Mumbai, Lower Parel

Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Sr./Jr Designer with a strong architectural background and proven expertise in the construction industry. You'll lead design projects, leveraging your mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all phases of architectural design projects.
- Able to create GFC drawings for the new projects
- Produce high-quality drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies for project optimization.
- Perform complex 3D modeling and visualization.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards.




- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5-8 years of architectural design experience, significant construction industry exposure preferred.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling is essential.
- Robust understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
