Termgrid is building a new SaaS/fintech category in the private debt markets. Our vertical-focused collaboration platform helps investment firms streamline debt financing workflows and generate strategic insights through a centralized transaction data hub.

The platform is used by 1,100+ financial institutions and over 25,000 finance professionals globally. Leading private equity firms (e.g., KKR, Apax) and major financial institutions (e.g., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan) rely on Termgrid to manage their most sensitive transactions.

We’re looking for someone to help deliver an exceptional client experience across the platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their businesses and ensure effective adoption of our technology. This is a high-visibility position offering exposure to leveraged finance markets across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

About the Role: We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members eager to take on high-impact roles as we grow. This is a unique prospect to help shape our product, build relationships with top-tier clients, and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Responsibilities:

- Global Client Support:



Work as part of the Professional Services organization to support clients across the US, Europe, and Asia, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain portfolio information for clients, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility through the Termgrid platform. Coordinate and oversee the data ingestion process to ensure smooth onboarding and updates.
- Client Insights & Reporting: Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing insights on client usage patterns, engagement metrics, and key feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Work with Account Managers on client inquiries and issues related to Termgrid’s Portfolio product, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
- Knowledge Management: Develop, maintain, and update internal and external knowledge base articles to enhance client enablement and internal operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client needs, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.

Requirements:

- A solid academic background with a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or private equity at a top-tier firm.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive on receiving a "wow" response from clients.
- Your attention to detail is outstanding; our clients are sophisticated investors, and building their trust is essential.
- You have a solid understanding of corporate and leveraged finance; terms like "term loan," "syndications," and "capital structure" resonate with you.
- You are systematic and methodical, consistently meeting your commitments and quickly identifying business opportunities.
- You have strong prioritization skills and can work across various time zones (US, EU, and Asia).
