We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused operations professional to join our transformation journey.

This role goes beyond traditional project management—you’ll drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with full ownership and accountability, working closely with the Chief of Staff and founders.

? About the Role

As Assistant Manager – Operations, you will lead cross-functional transformation projects including AI integration, operational excellence, and business expansion initiatives. You’ll design future-state operating models and ensure seamless execution across multiple divisions.

? Required Qualifications

3+ years in transformation,



consulting, or strategic operations roles

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

Exposure to AI/ML implementation in operations

Robust executive and stakeholder management skills

? Preferred Qualifications

Consulting background

Fashion Retail transformation exposure

Lean / Six Sigma certification

Experience in organizations with 1000+ employees

Startup mindset within a large-company environment
