Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Maharashtra, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing compensation and benefits, providing training and development programs,



and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role entails creating strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity while supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management skills
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Skills in performance management, compensation, and perks administration
- Expertise in organizational development, training programs, and employee engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic and agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Experience in the IT/technology industry or a similar field is an advantage
- 4-6 years of relevant experience. IT technical resources hiring experience will be encouraged.
