Role: Search Developer

Duration:12 months

Location: Remote

Responsibilities :

•Design, develop, and maintain search solutions using Elasticsearch, Coveo, and OpenSearch.

•Implement advanced search features including relevance tuning, query expansion, and semantic search.

•Integrate AI/NLP models to enhance search capabilities (e.g., text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis).

•Develop and optimize Python scripts for data ingestion, preprocessing, and search pipeline automation.

•Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to design intelligent search experiences.

•Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve search performance, scalability, and reliability.

•Stay updated with emerging trends in search technologies, AI, and NLP.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Robust experience with Elasticsearch (indexing, querying, clustering,



scaling).

•Hands on expertise in Coveo and OpenSearch platforms.

•Proficiency in Python, with exposure to AI/NLP frameworks (NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, etc.).

•Solid understanding of text analytics, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, and semantic search.

•Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

•Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and real time search applications.

•Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.

•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
