Urgent hiring for Social & Labour – Coordinator for sourcing office based in Gurgaon .
Exp - 1 to 5 Yrs
Key Knowledge-
· Basic Labour Law Compliance and/or Payroll management knowledge
· Strong data management, analytical and presentation skills
The coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of the social compliance program.
Remediation Management:
Tracking the status of corrective action plans (CAPs) and monitoring progress against deadlines.
Following up with suppliers to obtain documentation and evidence of completed corrective actions.
Providing administrative support to the Social & Labour Specialist in addressing non-compliance issues.
Salary around - 8 to 10 LPA
