About Us

We're a YC-backed venture studio building AI-powered SaaS products across healthcare, sales, and business automation. We move rapid, ship weekly, and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

We're looking for an AI Researcher to design and build the intelligent systems powering our product suite—from agentic workflows to production-grade AI pipelines.

About the Role

You'll research, prototype, and ship AI systems that solve real business problems. This isn't pure research—you'll take ideas from paper to production. You'll work across our portfolio of products, building the AI that makes them intelligent.

What you'll work on:

- Designing and implementing agentic workflows using AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- Building multi-agent systems for complex task orchestration
- Developing RAG pipelines for domain-specific knowledge retrieval
- Fine-tuning and prompt engineering LLMs for production use cases
- Creating AI-powered voice agents and conversational systems
- Implementing tool-use patterns and function calling architectures
- Evaluating model performance and building testing frameworks
- Staying current with AI research and translating papers into production features

Must Have
- Strong engineering fundamentals – CS degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs – OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models




- Proficiency in Python – async programming, API development
- Experience with agentic frameworks – AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
- Understanding of RAG architectures – vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies
- Prompt engineering expertise – structured outputs, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning
- Executing mindset – you ship working systems, not just experiments
- Hardworking and reliable – fast-paced startup with real deadlines
- Ability to commit 40+ hours/week in US hours (EST/PST)

Nice to Have
- Experience with voice AI (Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Assembly AI)
- Background in healthcare or sales tech domains
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Vercel AI SDK
- Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation frameworks
- Published research or open-source contributions in AI/ML
- Knowledge of real-time streaming and WebSocket architectures
