Project Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Architect to support a client that has recently gone live with Workday and is preparing to rapidly roll out the Talent and Performance (PATT) module.
- The client has a clear understanding of their business needs and is looking for a Workday expert to provide architectural guidance, best practices, and strategic direction.
- This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and the ability to demonstrate Workday capabilities effectively.

Main Responsibilities

- Act as the Workday Talent & Performance subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations.
- Lead and support the rollout of the Workday Talent and Performance module following a recent Workday go-live.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and C-suite, to translate business needs into Workday solutions.




- Conduct Workday capability demos focused on Talent and Performance functionality.
- Advise on configuration, design decisions, and implementation approach for Talent and Performance.
- Collaborate with implementation and client teams to ensure alignment with Workday standards and roadmap.
- Support decision-making by evaluating Workday features, limitations, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with overall HCM strategy.

Required Experience:

- Approximately 2 years of experience with Workday Talent and Performance modules
- Solid HCM and PATT experience
- Proven Workday implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with Talent and Performance modules and implementations
- CERTS are no required
