We are looking for a high-output AI Video Creator / Editor who can rapidly produce scroll-stopping short-form videos using AI tools + smart editing instincts. This role is critical for Meta Ads, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style creatives, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-converting short-form videos for:

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts

Use AI tools to:

- Generate, enhance, and repurpose videos
- Add subtitles, voiceovers, avatars, B-roll, and effects
- Convert raw footage / UGC / scripts into performance creatives
- Edit videos with robust hooks (first 3 seconds) and high retention
- Rapidly test multiple creative variations (angles, hooks, formats)
- Work closely with marketing & growth teams to iterate based on ad performance
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
