We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive a Cloud Data Modernization initiative, migrating an on-prem SQL Server EDW to a modern Azure + Snowflake data platform. This is a leadership-focused, hands-on role for cloud data experts.

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-prem SQL Server EDW → Azure & Snowflake migration
- Design & build data platforms using ADF, SHIR, ADLS Gen2, Blob, Logic Apps, Databricks, Snowflake
- Guide development of cloud-native ETL pipelines
- Implement CI/CD & DevOps using GitHub Actions
- Provide technical leadership & mentoring
- Ensure data security, governance, and performance optimization
- Work in Agile delivery environments
? Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure Data Services & Snowflake
- Expertise in Databricks, Python, cloud ETL development
- Solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Proven record of successful cloud project delivery
- Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
⭐ Good to Have
- Azure / Snowflake Certifications
- Experience with SnowConvert, BladeBridge
- Data modeling & data governance knowledge
- Exposure to AWS / GCP
