We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Release Engineering. The role involves managing deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and working with Salesforce DevOps tools. This is a Contract Full-Time role with Remote / Hybrid flexibility.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute Salesforce deployments across sandboxes and production.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Work with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum.
- Implement Git-based version control and branching strategies.
- Use Salesforce DX (SFDX), CLI tools, and scratch orgs for automation.
- Validate metadata, troubleshoot deployment issues, and ensure release quality.
- Collaborate with developers, QA,



and business teams for smooth releases.
- Manage multiple releases in parallel.

? Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineering
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment dependencies
- Experience with Copado / Gearset / Flosum
- Proficiency in Git and branching strategies
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Working knowledge of SFDX, CLI, scratch orgs
- Understanding of Salesforce testing frameworks and validations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds
