Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic and execution partner to the Founders, helping drive priority initiatives, improve operating cadence, and ensure alignment across the organization. This role combines strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing Consumer Tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Founder Enablement & Strategic Execution

- Work closely with the Founders to define, prioritize, and drive key strategic initiatives across the organization
- Translate high-level goals into structured plans, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Act as an extension of the Founders in internal discussions, follow-ups, and cross-functional alignment

Business Planning & Reviews

- Own preparation and execution of key business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Track company-wide OKRs/KPIs and flag risks, dependencies, and execution gaps proactively
- Support annual planning, board decks, investor updates, and strategic offsites

Cross-functional Leadership & Program Management

- Lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning Product, Growth, Ops, Tech, and Customer Experience




- Drive accountability across senior stakeholders to ensure timely execution without direct authority
- Identify process gaps and introduce lightweight systems to improve speed and clarity

Decision Support & Problem Solving

- Conduct deep dives on business problems, current initiatives, or market opportunities
- Build structured analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support founder-level decisions
- Act as a sounding board on org design, leadership bandwidth, and scaling challenges

Communication & Alignment

- Ensure consistent communication of priorities and decisions across leadership and teams
- Support internal narratives during change, growth phases, or strategic pivots
- Represent the Founders in select internal and external forums as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or high-impact startup roles
- Prior experience in Consumer Tech, Internet, E-commerce, or Marketplace businesses strongly preferred
- Strong structured thinking, execution rigor, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills and high ownership mindset
