A Service Graph Connector in ServiceNow is an integration tool that helps bring in external data—like information about applications, infrastructure, or cloud resources—into the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in a clean and structured way.

Job description :

Responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery to maintain an accurate and up-to-date CMDB (Configuration Management Database). The role ensures automated discovery of cloud assets (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), their relationships, and dependencies, enabling better visibility for IT operations and asset management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery (including Cloud Discovery)



and CMDB architecture.
- Experience with Service Graph Connectors for AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers.
- Understanding of MID Servers, credentials management, and secure integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components (EC2, VMs, storage, networking, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with discovery troubleshooting and improving coverage accuracy.
- Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for customizing patterns and probes (preferred).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and configuration management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and Discovery Implementation Specialist certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.).
- Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid IT environments.
