Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.
- Identify and target Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT companies with robust brand recognition and reputation.
- Develop strategies to engage with Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT Companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students.




- Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT company recruitment.
- Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
- Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
- Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.
