Role Overview:

- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions across GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Drive production-grade AI deployments for products and business stakeholders
- Apply deep expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy Generative AI solutions using Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI (GPT), AWS Nova
- Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Vector databases
- Embedding models
- Perform prompt engineering and apply best practices for optimal model performance
- Implement and optimize AI/ML workflows on cloud platforms:
- GCP: Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Observability
- Azure & AWS AI services
- Conduct model fine-tuning, evaluation, and experimentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and applications
- Ensure scalability, robustness, and technical excellence in AI systems




- Stay current with emerging Generative AI trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
- 10+ years of AI/ML experience, including 2+ years in Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms:
- GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub)
- Azure OpenAI / Azure Foundry
- AWS Bedrock
- Robust expertise in:
- Prompt engineering
- Embeddings
- RAG pipelines
- Vector databases
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks: Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience with MLOps, AI pipelines, and model lifecycle management
- Proven experience in model fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, and deployment
- Strong understanding of production-ready AI systems and data pipelines
- Ability to consult and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with vector databases: Pinecone, Chroma
- Familiarity with RAG frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills
- Background in AI consulting, innovation labs, or R&D;
- Healthcare domain experience (nice to have)
