Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.


- Experience with architecting and developing solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems.

- Good to have knowledge about Adobe Experience Platform, especially Customer Journey Analytics

- Independent personality who can quickly ramp up, determine plan of actions, resolve issues,

and strive towards the goal with minimal assistance.

- Understanding client’s technical ecosystem, its requirement and provide enterprise solutions from Architectural point of view

- Analyse various integration aspects between Adobe Analytics and allied systems like Websites, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Ensighten and Adobe Launch

- Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs using industry standard methodologies and leads the solution Blueprint.

- Able to consider both business and technical audiences.

- Participate client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience with the implementation of digital analytics and optimization solutions with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.

- Expert level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Angular, CSS and other web technologies.

- Experience in integration technologies like SOAP, REST for envisaging the integration of Analytics with various middle layer platforms

- Experience in Tag Management system like DTM/Launch/Ensighten.

- Experience in Data Visualization- Workspace, Reports, Report Builder (Must Have), PowerBI /Tableau (Better to have).

- Experience Integrating Adobe Analytics with other tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign)

- Solutioned at least 3 Digital Analytics Implementation (understanding Business requirement, creating SDR, Implementing tags and analysing reports) project.

- Expert level knowledge of A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Effectively communicate with business and technical team members.

- Proven understanding of digital data layer design and implementation to support digital analytics solutions.

- Understanding of mobile development technologies (iOS and Android) and analytics SDKs

- Experience Integrating Adobe with other systems.

- Developing solutions for highly scalable and highly available systems

- Experience with UI-related technologies.

- Experience in working on agile methodologies.

- Adapt to new technologies

- Experience implementing solutions using tag management tools such as Adobe DTM, Launch, and Ensighten.
