Looking for a strong manager with a track record of working with multiple teams product readiness at scale for our large, complex enterprise customers. You will guide strategic innovation projects across the salesforce platform and across organizations. This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of autonomously driving projects. - Co-ordinate activities including defining priorities within the program and following up to ensure delivery.

- Be a bridge and connector between TMP, Sales and CSG. Collaborate across teams.

We win or lose as a team. Product/Program Managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.

- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders by reducing friction in delivering on our shared vision.

- Partner with enablement teams (Training/Learning) to establish priority and scheduling of any enablement activity

- Pull from experiences and best practices to lead ad-hoc data and business analysis approaches from problem identification through solutioning and future state recommendations

- Represent the voice of the customer for India. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans for the team. Represent these customers needs for feature enhancements and growth

- Measure success. Measure everything. Define what success means for each program and each pillar proactively. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.

- Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate communications for your components. Define expectations across teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.

- Partner with senior leaders, providing thought leadership and strategic insights to help define projects and programs aimed at supporting the organizational strategy

- Help drive and cascade the organization’s V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Measures) process and align the organization behind the leadership's vision and priorities

- Drive and deliver strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs. Serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing business process improvements

- Partner closely with other teams to jointly ensure successful operational execution across these supporting functions

- Work with stakeholders to provide actionable program visibility to senior leaders. Conduct regular project reviews with leaders, providing status updates and risk mitigation strategies.

- Collaboratively define success measures and reporting frameworks for business reporting

- Support organization-wide communications and events (i.e. Dreamforce, SKO (Sales Kick Off), World Tours, etc)

- Represent as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events and online in customer community and through social networking


You must be able to:

- Be a strategic thinker, intuitive, focused, driven, organized, insightful and productive

- Move fluidly from big picture to details in order to deliver complex cross-functional projects, often with tight deadlines. Multi-tasking and quickly pivoting between initiatives will be critical.

- Build trust across the various team and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships. You are not afraid to be direct, but you strive to act with empathy and integrity

- Identify opportunities for ad-hoc data and business analysis to get to root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions

- Drive thought leadership with stakeholders and squad members on approaches to problem-solving and future state recommendations

- Communicate complex information and ideas effectively and confidently to all levels (verbal, presentation, storytelling, etc.)

- Orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams to execute on programs, projects, awareness campaigns and events to ensure all stakeholder alignment

- Understand the role of the Enterprise Solutions organization within larger AMER organization Sales and the expanded Salesforce ecosystem

Experience/Skills Required

- Outstanding leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written) required

- 8- 10 yrs years of experience.

- Experience inspiring change and working on sophisticated cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations required.

- Bachelor's degree (technical disciplines preferred)

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.

- Proven ability to deliver on commitments.

- Ability to lead and work autonomously.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills

Experience/Skills Desired

- Experience with annual business planning processes, and/or metrics and measurement desired

- Data analytics experience is a plus.

- Cloud computing experience is a strong plus.

- Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations.

- Understanding of software architecture and object oriented design is a plus

- MBA or Master's degree preferred
