The Role

The role is responsible to support downstream process development.

Key Result Areas


- Support designing and execution of experiments to develop a scalable purification process.

- Should have knowledge of protein chemistry, preparative chromatography and/or membrane separation techniques to develop manufacturing process of biologics.

- Should be able to draft experimental protocol and getting it reviewed by the team lead.

- Execution of the laboratory experiments and documenting them in detail in laboratory notebook and in soft copies.

- Forecasting of material required in a given project where he/she has been assigned a role.

- General lab maintenance and inventory management.

- The individual could also be expected to perform analytical assays, analyze and present research data within the department.

- Possess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.

- Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.

- Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)

Education and Experience


Master’s degree in Chemistry

Industry Experience
