Job Description

This is position Assistant Manager – AA team – will be based in Pune.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

- Forming team of specialist who will be responsible for AA parts procurement for global sites & multiple customers

- Plan, organize, direct, support and control daily operations of the team as per AA part procurement guidelines

- Maintain high level of Customer satisfaction by continuously improving current processes

- Providing weekly/monthly visibility to performance metrics & trend analysis whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Identify opportunity to add value and work smarter, collaborating with peers both internally & externally to set project groups to fix any operational challenges.

- Makes tactical buying decisions. Executes corporate sourcing programs and purchasing high dollar parts

- Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.

- May gather quotations, examine bids, negotiate contracts and make awards as per AA part procurement guidelines

- Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories, manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.

- Analyzes inventory levels. Generate liability reports for excess and obsolete management with clear accountability

- Drive quarterly supplier reviews.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Graduates

- Candidate must be SCM Pro Certified or CPP, CPSM Certification preferred

- At least 6+ years of working experience in Procurement & overall Material Management

- Excellent knowledge on Pulse dashboards

- Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, MIS reporting
