Job Description


- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.

- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately..

- Customer service background.

- Able to work in 24/7 environment.


Only tech graduates (,, Bsc, msc, Mca)

Other Requirements:

- Strong Interpersonal,

Communication and Listening Skills.

- Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.

Salary: 17K CTC 14,500 (IN HAND)

Shift :Rotational shift

Work Days: 5 days working with 2 Rotational week offs.
