Roles and Responsibilities: BPO Team leader for Collections Call Center with minimum 2+ Years of Team Leading experience in

- Manage Telecaller performance tracking

- Monitoring calls and guide Telecallers to achieve and improve on the performance

- Set Goals and handle Telecaller coaching on sound collection practices, participating in role plays and provide feedback to Telecallers.

- Provide feedback to Management on new hire progress, and concerns/issues

- Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed as to the status of the Team Targets/quotas.

- Ensures staff meets daily collections goals.

- Support in Contact Center initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years experience in Domestic Team Leading role (VOICE)

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English

- Graduate

- Should be flexible with Dynamic rotational shifts (Day-shifts)
