Development, analysis and implementation of statistical models/algorithms for electronic trading strategies.

Specific responsibilities would include:

Develop, analyze and test pricing/ execution/risk management algorithms for trading models for credit in co-ordination with global counterparts

Assist in design and back testing of new trading signals

Regular testing and calibration of production algos

Design and development of analytical tools, visualizations and metrics to improve trading performance

Perform post trade-analytics on incoming data


An ideal candidate would be a motivated individual with a technical background (Science/Tech/Mathematics undergraduate degree from one of the premier colleges)

possessing the following skillsets

- Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline

- Strong programming experience in Java/Scala/C++ is required

- Experience with production systems would be preferred

- Proficiency with the numerical and statistical tools needed to develop robust signals from market data

- Strong analytical and problem solving/critical thinking skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner

- Ability to mentor junior members of the team
