We are hiring for an experienced marketer to be part of Malaysia marketing for the lending business. Youll be responsible for figuring out the best ways to engage Grabs millions of micro-entrepreneurs and find relevant financial products from our partners that will improve their lives. Youll build out a new way of marketing financial products to an unbanked or underbanked audience, opening up financial inclusion in the region.
The day-to-day activities:
50 PERCENT Lead Go-to-Market Campaign
Work with business and product marketing teams to design highly effective multi-channel campaigns across traditional and digital media (includes but not limited to writing creative briefs,
media strategy and selection, campaign budget allocation, audience targeting, flighting strategies, ad formats optimizations, post-campaign analysis). Deeply understands the business objectives and works with the rest of the team to translate these into meaningful creative, media briefs to gain market growth, penetration and analysis to inform new product development.
Well-versed in traditional media, digital media and internal base communication channel planning to drive better strategy in performance and measurement. This includes budget ownership/management and measures the right metrics that matter, and improving tracking/testing and learning.
30 PERCENT Lead Marketing Strategy and Financial Services
Work closely with marketing manager, regional team and external partners to execute marketing strategies to roll out initiatives for Grabs new range of financial services to millions of underbanked drivers, merchants and consumers. Here, you will need to work with the marketing services team to drive customer-centric strategy to execute the said strategy in a hyperlocal fashion.
20 PERCENT Develop Marketing Insights
Work with product marketing, research and regional teams to drive deep insights into the financial lives and challenges of countrys underbanked drivers, merchants and consumers. Provide an analytical approach to understand behavioural segmentation and strategize your marketing strategy that aligns with behaviours across platforms.
