3) Preparation of Branch Expansion Plan/Timelines
4) Putting up proposals for Center approval and Premises approval for new branches/shifting of branches
5) Monitoring progress of all the work related to opening/shifting of branches to adhere to the timelines
6) All matters pertaining to Registration of Lease Agreements/Renewal etc/ Interaction with Landlords for negotiation of rent.
