Responsibilities Create and maintain relationships with active and passive talent through various tools and avenues for a large scale, high volume recruiting effort. Assist in the responsibility of achieving staffing objectives, by creatively sourcing and evaluating candidates in line with required skills and qualifications as directed by the recruiting team. Supports the Talent Acquisition team with all recruiting functions and activities. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Enter and locate work-related information using computers.

Talent Acquisition Team Support

Implement and execute a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs including college relations, referral bonus and networking programs.

Create inbound traffic of candidates through extensive sourcing of candidates through research, complex internet searches, talent pool databases, job boards, saved searches, and social media sites.

Apply market knowledge and sourcing skills to engage with active and non-active applicants.

Schedule interviews as directed by TA Managers, send meeting planners to Interviewers as well as resumes and behavioral interview guides.

Assist with the Pre-screening for entry level positions.

Maintain Recruitment Calendar / Inbox.

Initiates, checks, and reports results for all pre-employment testing including drug test, criminal background checks, reference checks, credit reports, etc.

Posts positions on relevant job boards, media and alternate sourcing channels.

Sources, schedules, coordinates and participates in career events and job fairs.

Manages recruitment vendor relationships and coordinates billing reconciliation.

Uses social media as recruitment and employment brand building tool by posting content and responding to inquiries/ comments.

Responsible for receiving and responding to any recruiting-related questions received via phone calls or face-to-face encounters from internal clients, associates and external job seekers.

Researches and recommends potential sourcing channels.

Mines resume databases and other internet channels for potential candidates based on specific job requisition criteria.

Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.

Conducts pre-screening calls/interviews within the framework of the position specification.

Updates candidate status in Applicant Tracking System.

Serves as a primary contact with schools and client groups on internship programs.

Participates in special projects as assigned.


Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information.

Speak to employees and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.

Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with coworkers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly, avoiding public areas of the property.

Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within three rings, answering with a smile in one's voice, using the callers' name, transferring calls to appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, taking and relaying messages, and allowing the caller to end the call.

Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assists Management

Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems.

Working with Others

Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

Handle sensitive issues with employees with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.

Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other employees, responding appropriately and effectively.

Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.

Follow company and department policies and procedures.

Protect the privacy and security of employees and coworkers.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications 1-3 years hands on relevant IT recruiting & sourcing experience in corporate/high tech industry with multi-site organization managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

Willing to work US PST hours (8am to 5pm PST).

Strong expertise in end to end recruitment process and vast experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the major tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, C2H, Fulltime).

Ability to work in a very fast-paced deadline driven environment is mandatory.

Need candidates who can join on a short notice.

Great organization skills, ability to multitask in a high paced environment.

Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.

Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and US Job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed.
