Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum education: 12th pass or any relevant diploma/degree (Sales/Automobile background is a plus).
• 1-3 years experience in sales, preferably in automobile spares, used parts, or related industry. Could also consider freshers with strong communication and a passion for autos.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills; fluency in Kannada is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently, adapt to field conditions.
• Basic tech literacy: using smartphone apps, CRM or reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach automotive spare parts dealers, scrap yards, garages, workshops and potential customers in Karnataka to promote Autowelkin’s platform and products.
• Generate leads (both B2B and B2C) through field visits, networking, referrals, phone calls.
• Explain features, quality,



pricing & delivery of used auto parts; assist customers in selecting the right part.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads until closure; ensure high customer satisfaction and support after sale.
• Collect market & customer feedback regarding product needs, competitors, pricing, supply chain / delivery issues; share with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations/fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer issues.
