About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager who can lead brand presence, manage social media, oversee performance marketing initiatives, and coordinate cross-departmental activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SMM, digital campaigns, content ideation, and managing marketing operations in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a product-based or operations-heavy business is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across all key digital platforms
Develop content calendars, oversee creative production, and maintain brand consistency
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement
2. Performance Marketing
Run and analyse paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Manage budgets, optimize for performance, and prepare campaign reports
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences
3. Cross-Departmental Coordination
Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Design teams
Support execution of marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and campaigns
Ensure smooth communication and timely completion of interdependent tasks
4. Content Strategy & Ideation
Ideate and plan content themes, scripts, stories, and campaigns
Stay updated with digital trends and adapt them into relevant brand content
Support creative teams with concept development and messaging
5. Marketing Operations
Manage vendors, agencies, and internal creative workflows
Oversee marketing assets, collateral planning, and execution timelines
Maintain documentation, reports, and campaign trackers
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Social Media Management and performance marketing
Experience with digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)
Strong coordination and multitasking skills for operations-heavy environments
Creative thinking with strong storytelling abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management
Experience working in product-based companies or operation-heavy businesses
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams
