About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Solar Pump (Product Sales) for multiple locations in India to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our solar pumping business. This role is critical in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth, particularly in agriculture and rural markets. The position requires robust leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of renewable energy solutions, especially solar-powered water pumping systems.

This role involves handling solar pump product marketing in 6 states Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Odisha. (one Vacancy Per state)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar pumping solutions across domestic and international markets
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive activity
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and field channels
Collaborate with sales, product development, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, distributors, dealers, government agencies, NGOs,



and industry stakeholders
Manage lead generation activities and track performance metrics to ensure ROI
Oversee development of marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital content
Represent the company at trade shows, agricultural fairs, and industry conferences
Monitor competitor strategies and adjust marketing plans to maintain market leadership
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness and market opportunities

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–4 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in renewable energy
Strong knowledge of solar pumping technologies and rural/agricultural market dynamics
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, projects, and cross-functional teams
Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and rural development
