Job Description

We are hiring a Pharma Recruiter for our Hyderabad location. The role involves end to end recruitment for pharmaceutical and life sciences positions across manufacturing plants and corporate functions. The candidate should have prior experience hiring for pharma companies and a good understanding of industry specific roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end to end recruitment for pharmaceutical positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Work on requirements for Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R and D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and role fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates




Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Manage offer processing, negotiation, and joining follow ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma recruitment
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical roles and plant hiring
Experience hiring for API or formulation plants preferred
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with Hyderabad pharma market is an advantage
