About the Role ARCH College of Design & Business is seeking a seasoned Admission Head to lead and strengthen its admissions strategy and operations. This senior leadership role calls for a visionary professional who can drive student recruitment, build institutional credibility, and align admissions outcomes with ARCH’s academic vision and long-term growth goals.
The role requires a balance of strategic admissions leadership, brand understanding, and cross-functional collaboration , particularly with marketing, PR, and outreach teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end admissions operations including planning, outreach, applications, interviews, and enrollments
Design and execute strategic student recruitment plans across regions and channels
Build and manage partnerships with schools, institutions, counselors, consultants, and organizations
Collaborate closely with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation, digital outreach, and brand visibility
Contribute to PR initiatives, institutional positioning, and external representation where required
Analyze admissions data, enrollment trends, reporting, and performance metrics
Lead, mentor,



and scale the admissions team with clear targets, accountability, and performance benchmarks
Guide prospective students and parents with clarity, integrity, and a student-first approach
Ensure compliance, process excellence, and a seamless admissions experience across touchpoints

Desired Profile 15–20 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or academic leadership
Proven track record of leading large admissions teams and high-volume processes
Fair understanding of digital marketing tools, PR strategies, brand building, and networking
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of education ecosystems, student journeys, and conversion funnels
Passion for education, mentorship, and institutional growth
