Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Treasury / Payments Operations Executive based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will manage daily treasury operations, oversee cash management activities, and ensure the smooth execution of payments. E xecuting daily domestic and international payment operations, managing outward remittances to overseas vendors/suppliers, ensuring FEMA/RBI compliance and filings, and handling end-to-end coordination with banks for securing and maintaining loan, Cash Credit (CC), and Overdraft (OD) facilities. They will be responsible for reconciling accounts, maintaining records, and contributing to effective financial planning. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Also, ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fund flows, minimize banking costs, maintain strong bank relationships,



and support working capital needs through proper credit documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Treasury Management and Cash Management activities
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and assist in decision-making
Knowledge of RBI/FEMA regulations for outward remittances and working capital finance.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in high-volume transactions, analytical skills for discrepancy resolution, and strong communication for bank/vendor/internal coordination.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA Finance or certifications like JAIIB/CAIIB, Treasury Management courses preferred)
3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury/payments operations, preferably in a mid-to-large company (manufacturing, trading, IT/services, or NBFC/fintech with treasury desk), handling vendor payments and bank coordination.
Proficiency in banking portals (corporate net banking), Excel for reconciliations/MIS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and basic understanding of forex rates/compliance.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle shift-based operations if needed for payment cut-offs.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:
○ Domestic payments: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS processing, batch uploads, settlement cycles.
○ Outward foreign remittances: FEMA/LRS rules, Form A2, purpose codes, vendor payment workflows, documentation for imports/overseas dues.
○ Loan/CC/OD facilities: Documentation requirements (financials, projections, security creation), bank liaison for sanctions/renewals, monitoring covenants and utilization in corporate setups.
