Job Responsibilities
Forcepoint DLP Administration
Administer and manage Forcepoint DLP across endpoints, network, email, and cloud environments.
Design, implement, and fine-tune DLP policies, classifiers, and rules based on business and compliance requirements.
Monitor DLP alerts and incidents, perform investigations, and recommend remediation actions.
Reduce false positives through policy optimization and tuning.
Manage endpoint DLP agents, including deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Generate and maintain DLP reports and dashboards for management and compliance reviews.
Brand Monitoring & Digital Risk tool: Cyfirma
Monitor brand abuse, data leaks, phishing domains, fake social media accounts, and dark web exposures.
Investigate brand-related alerts and coordinate takedown or mitigation actions with internal and external stakeholders.
Track trends and emerging threats impacting brand reputation and customer trust.
Maintain documentation and reporting for brand monitoring incidents and actions taken.





Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP (Endpoint, Network, Email, or Cloud).
Strong understanding of data protection, data classification, and information security concepts.
Experience in Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with brand monitoring / Digital risk protection tools and processes.
Knowledge of email security, web security, and endpoint security concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in DLP, Information security.
Relevant Certifications preferred (Forcepoint DLP Administrator, CEH etc)
Soft Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
