This role offers complete, hands-on HRMS exposure , along with people leadership responsibility, making it ideal for HR professionals who are process-driven, system-oriented, and comfortable managing both operations and teams.

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Operations Manager who will own daily HR operations, payroll processing, employee exits, vendor coordination, and lead a small HR operations team , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations through HRMS
Handle payroll generation via HRMS , including:
Monthly payroll inputs, validations, and closures
Ensuring accuracy, timelines, and statutory compliance
Own employee lifecycle management :
Onboarding to exits
Exit management,



Full & Final settlements, clearances, and documentation
Lead, guide, and review the work of the HR Operations team
Allocate tasks, monitor SLAs, and ensure process adherence within the team
Drive vendor management (job portals, HRMS, etc.)
Maintain accurate employee data, statutory records, and HR documentation
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS through HRMS
Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous process improvements
Act as the HR SPOC for operational, system, and escalation matters

Must-Have Skills & Experience
8–10 years of core HR Operations experience
Proven experience in payroll processing through HRMS preferably KEKA HRMS
Strong hands-on exposure to employee exits & separation processes
Experience in team handling / people management
Vendor management experience
High attention to detail, ownership, and process discipline
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS ⭐
Exposure to remote-first or fast-scaling organisations
