We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Executive (eBay Specialist)
Aeliya Marine Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our eBay listing. If you have strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with eBay listings , this role is for you!

Job Role: E-Commerce Executive Experience: 2–4 Years
Platform: eBay

Key Responsibilities
✅ New Product Listings
Create accurate eBay listings (title, description, specs, images, pricing, condition)
Follow eBay policies, SEO best practices, and internal SOPs
✅ Existing Listing Management
Update pricing, stock, descriptions, and compliance fixes
Perform regular audits to identify and correct listing errors
✅ Pricing & Data Accuracy
Handle pricing updates using Excel & Google Sheets
Maintain consistency between listings and internal data
Support competitor price analysis and market research
✅ Coordination & Support
Coordinate daily tasks through internal Telegram channels
Support listing, pricing, and administrative operations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Listing accuracy rate
Pricing accuracy and consistency
Response time on internal coordination
Contribution to sales growth & conversions




Adherence to SOPs and data processes

Required Skills
Excel & Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced) IF, IFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
COUNTIF, SUMIF, IFERROR
Handling large datasets (10,000+ rows)
Data cleaning, validation & conditional formatting
SKU, pricing & audit tracking

Preferred Skills:
ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, FILTER
Pivot Tables
IMPORTRANGE / IMPORTDATA
Ability to work on logic-heavy sheets independently

E-Commerce Skills Hands-on experience with eBay seller tools
Knowledge of eBay policies & listing compliance
Competitor research and pricing analysis

Soft Skills Robust communication
High attention to detail
Analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
