We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with solid hands-on recruitment expertise and prior experience in managing recruitment teams. The role will primarily focus on high-volume and quality hiring for Real Estate Sales roles, while aligning closely with management on hiring targets and timelines.
Candidates with prior exposure to HR consultancies, startups, insurance, loan/BFSI, or real estate sectors, and proven sales hiring experience, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment, with a major focus on Real Estate Sales hiring ( Sales Executives, Managers, Leadership etc.)
Engage with senior management and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, hiring plans, and recruitment targets
Translate hiring targets into actionable recruitment strategies and execute the required hiring plans
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through:
-LinkedIn
-Job portals
-Referrals
-Direct sourcing and networking
Personally handle critical, high-volume, and niche hiring mandates
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring/business managers throughout the selection process




Lead salary discussions and negotiations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring candidate acceptance
Drive and monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, closure efficiency, and pipeline strength
Ensure strong candidate engagement and a positive end-to-end candidate experience
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring dashboards
Demonstrated prior experience in managing and guiding a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets

Required skills and competencies

Strong hands-on recruitment experience (non-negotiable)
Proven team-handling and leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management abilities
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals

Experience & Background

.5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
.Prior experience from one or more of the following backgrounds:
Real Estate Sector
HR Consultancy
Startup
Insurance
Loan

At least 1–2 years of prior experience managing a recruitment team
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
