Role Summary
An experienced Security Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud . The role focuses on defining cloud security frameworks, designing IAM architectures, and leading the implementation and transition of SailPoint solutions into managed operations. This is a senior, hands-on role combining architecture, customization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Define and design cloud security frameworks and IAM architecture aligned to business and performance goals
Architect, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, and Identity Security Cloud solutions
Document cloud security controls and lead transition to cloud security-managed operations
Design identity profiles, transformation rules, cloud rules, and virtual appliance (VA) concepts




Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD/O365, SAP, HRMS, Workday, JDBC, and other cloud applications
Lead application onboarding, user migrations, and entitlement modeling
Customize access requests, certifications, workflows, forms, and reports
Develop Java / BeanShell scripts, JML, rules, and custom workflows
Support deployments, migrations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure successful outcomes
Must-Have Qualifications
12+ years of overall IT experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, or Identity Security Cloud
Robust experience in SailPoint architecture, configuration, customization, and deployments
Solid knowledge of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access governance, and RBAC
Strong JAVA / J2EE development experience
Experience implementing certifications, audits, and compliance controls
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Deep implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
Experience with large-scale identity migrations
Exposure to cloud security governance and enterprise IAM programs
Prior consulting or system integration background
